As a Homeowner, it's important to preserve your new home's value, and at Brookhaven Villas you are automatically a member of the Homeowner's Association. That means you will have a real voice in helping to keep your neighborhood safe, peaceful and worry-free. Brookhaven Villas has gone to great lengths to create a set of Protective Covenants that will keep your property well managed, properly maintained and adequately insured.
